1. Who We Are

PivotAllift ("we," "our," or "us") develops Sitelift, an iOS application for service professionals to document jobs quickly. This Privacy Policy explains what data Sitelift uses and how.

2. Data Sitelift Stores Locally

Sitelift stores app data locally on your device. This may include:

• Job notes and descriptions
• Service details and follow-up information
• Photos or other job documentation you choose to add
• App preferences and settings

This data stays on your phone. We do not receive or access it.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

• Your name, email, or account information
• Your job records or customer information
• Your photos or files
• GPS or background location data
• Contacts, camera data beyond photos you choose to save in the app, or microphone data
• Advertising identifiers
• Crash reports or usage analytics

4. Third-Party Services

Sitelift does not currently use third-party analytics, advertising networks, account providers, or cloud sync services. App distribution is handled by the Apple App Store under Apple's policies.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Because Sitelift stores data locally, your data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or delete the app from your phone. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data from that device.

6. Children's Privacy

Sitelift is designed for service professionals and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Your Rights

Because we do not collect personal data through Sitelift, most access or deletion requests are handled directly on your device. If you believe we may have information about you through a support request, contact helpnow@pivotallift.com.

California residents: We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Changes to This Policy

If Sitelift adds features that collect or transmit data, such as account sync or cloud backup, we will update this policy before those changes take effect.
