What is Sitelift?

Sitelift helps service professionals document jobs quickly from their phone. It is designed for capturing job notes, site details, photos, and follow-up information while work is still fresh.

Where is my data stored?

Sitelift stores your data locally on your phone. PivotAllift does not receive, store, or sell your job records.

Does Sitelift require an account?

No. Sitelift does not require an account or login.

Does Sitelift work offline?

Yes. Because Sitelift stores data locally, you can document jobs without an internet connection.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete records inside the app. Deleting Sitelift from your phone also removes the app's locally stored data from that device.

How do I report a bug?

Email helpnow@pivotallift.com with your device model, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful.
