1. Agreement

By using PivotAllift's apps (including ROL: Return on Load) and website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use our services.

2. Our Apps

These terms apply to all PivotAllift applications:

• ROL: Return on Load - Trucking load profitability calculator
• Any future apps we release

3. Using Our Apps

3.1 Who Can Use Them

You must be at least 17 years old to use our apps. By using them, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3.2 Your Responsibilities

• Use the apps lawfully and as intended
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Don't try to reverse engineer, hack, or abuse the apps
• Don't use the apps for any illegal purpose

3.3 What You Can't Do

• Copy, modify, or distribute our apps
• Use automated systems to access our services
• Interfere with other users or our systems
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

4. The Calculator is a Tool, Not Advice

Important: ROL and our other apps are calculators and tools. They help you crunch numbers, but:

• We don't guarantee the accuracy of calculations
• Results depend on the data you enter
• This is not financial, legal, or business advice
• You're responsible for your business decisions

Always verify important calculations and consult professionals for business advice.

5. Intellectual Property

PivotAllift owns the apps, including all code, design, and content. You get a license to use the app, not ownership of it.

You own your data. We don't claim any rights to your load calculations or business information.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

6.1 Free Features

Basic features of ROL are free to use.

6.2 Paid Features

If we offer premium features:

• Prices will be clearly displayed before purchase
• Purchases are processed through the App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies

6.3 Cancellation

Cancel subscriptions through your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

7. Termination

You can stop using our apps anytime by deleting them.

We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or abuse our services.

8. Disclaimers

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." We don't warrant that:

• The apps will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Calculations will be 100% accurate
• The apps will meet all your requirements
• Results will lead to profitable business decisions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We're not liable for lost profits or business losses
• Our total liability is limited to what you paid us (if anything)

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless PivotAllift from claims arising from your use of our apps or violation of these terms.

11. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not court, except for small claims.

You waive the right to participate in class actions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app or website. Continued use means you accept the new terms.

13. Apple-Specific Terms

For apps downloaded from the App Store:

• These terms are between you and PivotAllift, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance
• Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the app
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms
